If you are interested in becoming a color analyst, we'll start by scheduling a chat via Zoom so you can ask me any questions you may have.  Meeting by video call will give us a chance to get to know each other better, determine if we're a good fit to work together and help you decide if becoming a color analyst is the right choice for you.

After we've answered all your questions and you've decided you want to move forward, we'll determine a training date.

• Tuition is $3,500.
• 6-8 weeks prior to training, I require a nonrefundable deposit of $300 to cover the cost of your Munsell study materials, as well as your neutral gray analyst coat, client cape, and client bonnet. 
• The remaining balance must be paid by cash or cashier's check on or before the first day of training.
• The tuition fee does not include transportation, accommodations or meals.

• As soon as I receive your deposit, I will send you your Munsell study materials so that you arrive on the first day of training knowing the basics of color theory including the color characteristics of hue, value and chroma.  We will build on this knowledge during your training.
• At this point you must purchase your color analysis drapes from NDU Colors.  Your drapes will be shipped to me so that we can use your specific drapes during your training so that you will feel confident using them for your clients.
• NDU test drapes are $3000 plus shipping and taxes.
• NDU test drapes include 4 key drapes and four test drapes for each of the 12 seasons.
• Please note that I will not train using drapes from any other system.

• The history of color analysis
• The science of color and human vision, and how they affect modern color analysis
• Munsell's 3-Dimensional Color System (Hue, Value and Chroma)
• The 12 seasons, how they relate to each other and the 12 season color clock
• Understanding how hue, value and chroma interact during personal color analysis
• How to use your test drapes during a color analysis to determine your client's color season
• Progressive practice doing color analysis on 5 models and your own analysis.
• How to analyze the pieces of information gathered during draping using the Your Natural Design PCA Guide
• How to harmonize fabric, jewelry and cosmetics
• Bringing a season to life with luxury drapes
• The business of color analysis, establishing pricing, and setting up your studio

• Color Palettes - Once you complete training, you'll want to order your NDU color fans and posters.  You'll be able to order them from NDU at wholesale pricing once you complete your training.
• Luxury drapes are an optional purchase but they provide a complete range of colors for each season and enable your to show your clients how their palette can be used in their wardrobe
• NDU luxury drapes include 15 colors per season including neutrals
• NDU luxury drapes are $3,600.
• Luxury drapes are not a replacement for the NDU test drapes. Test drapes are designed specifically for testing.  Once you've come to a result, luxury drapes will give your clients a representation of many of the colors in their palette and how they might use them to build a wardrobe.
• Makeup - You may choose to purchase makeup
• You are provided with all the necessary guidelines to set up your color studio : how to choose neutral gray paint, optimal mirror dimensions, specification of full spectrum lighting, recommended supplies, etc.

• Once you complete your four day color analysis training course, your second phase of training begins.  I require photos and commentary of your first 10 drapings for review and feedback.  We'll discuss each draping so that you feel confident in your findings and we make sure you're on the right track.  I'll provide you with guidelines for these photo reviews during training.
• After completing your 10 photo reviews, you'll receive your certificate of completion.  You are not officially a Your Natural Design analyst until this step is complete.
